I received a letter from NVC stating that they have kept my file until visa numbers are available dute to a change in my visa category and dates to begin my application. My priority date is July 27, 2007 and this month's visa bulletin is processing November 2007. My 1-140 was approved last 2007. In 2010, I got married and re-submitted documents containing my present marital status last year. My question is does the letter from NVC means I have a new priority date?With my case, what's my new visa category?No longer EB3?I'm confused:(
