I am working in an Indian restaurant and filing labor certification. My first question is do I file it online or mail the application. I am not keeping any attorney so I am bit confused about the documents needed while filing.Can anyone please list all the documents needed apart from advertisement and experince letters.

Yes. The salary has to be same or higher than the prevailing wage.
