Hello All, I'm an India born Canadian Citizen and right now on EB1 - have EAD and Advance Parole. Since my family is in Canada, I have to travel a lot between Canada and US. Because of this I end up spending more time in Canada. I got my advance parole 2 months back nad i have been out since then. How do i ensure to give proper explanation at the border (road travel) so that they allow me and do not decline my entry. Please help.
