Hi Amazon, I am not sure if this is helpful. I remember somewhere you mentioned that if one's i 485 is processed, it means that the VB will be later than that priority date.?
I found this case on another website and their priority date was Sep 30 2012, does it mean that the retrogression will go back to be oct 1 2012 at the earliest?

I am guessing you are talking about F2A category. Since F2A category is listed as "Current" in Sept 2013 VB, they will continue to process all I-485 application submitted till September 2013.

For I-130 application, they have also approved some applications with PD of August 2013.
