My uncle filed petition under F4 visa immigration category, as this category visa movement is really slow now my age is 21 and as per CSPA it is 16 .
in order to get my PD current it will more take max 3 years to complete,Now the issue that is it ok to do job or is there any restriction that if i do job i may not be eligible for the visa immigration because i m child derivative.
