Are you under F4 category ? ( brother sister )

I see your priority date is 01 /11 2005 and ours 01/13 / 2005 .

Did you get welcome letter ? I do see priority date is current now 02/01/2005.

Let me know the status of your case .

I think we should get welcome letter soon ....Can you please update as soon as you have any update / get letter ?

I talked with my lawyer and they said , wait for welcome letter .

I believe , you should get update/welcome letter soon considering your date is current.

Hey Our priority date is Feb 24 2005 and I-130 is still pending, We have also received RFE and it got resolved back in 2009 but still I-130 is pending, Keep us updated once you receive any update

Our priority date is 13 Jan 2005 and now it's current but they said case is pending for data entry and then they will start consular processing so it seems , another few days or a month.....It could be due to US GOVERNMENT shutdown ...

But now I think we should get update .....

Jayshil - I think you should check with them as I believe petition should approve long back and then you need to wait for Visa availability date and then NVC processing ....Here I am following Abbas for NVC processing and waiting on Welcome letter .....Please check with USCIS.

Abbas - can you please share your contact number and update here as soon as you get Welcome letter as we have very close dates .....we will do the same ...Thanks...We checked with NVC and they said , it should be soon once data entry completes !
