No I have not heard from the NVC as yet , I have read where they have changed there way in processing as of September 2013, they will not contact you until after the PD is current.

No I have not done anything as yet, you could go the website for processing immigrant visa. I was also concerned also and I call the NVC and they told me that they are not processing my case as yet.
