Hmm, that's weird you might want to give them a call. My wife's I-130 was approved on Nov 15th, 2019 and we received the welcome letter from NVC towards the end of December 2020. We have gone through CEAC to make fee payments and have submitted all required documents. Currently waiting on NVC Case Complete. I will add my case to the tracker
