Topic: Welcome letter

PD: 20 feb 2007 Category: F3 I was supposed to receive my welcome letter by last week but its now misplaced. I want to provide my email address so i can get it online but ask nvc doesnt reply to my email and nvc's number is always busy. Once they picked but the line dropped half way through and all they could tell me was that email address is provided online and not through phone call. How to provide my email address online?
