Good day to guys in this forum, Here is my question regarding AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT (AOS) for F2A visa, can i count my house allowance (international bank transfer received from principal applicant (my husband) into our US bank account) as income (non-taxable) to meet federal poverty guideline. there is a notorized guarantor form he (my husband) signed for my house rent for a year between May 2014 to June 2015. Would NVC accept this as income to meet federal poverty guidelines. I look forward to hearing from u guyz. Cheers
