[b][/ My wife and I petitioned her son over 21 from the Philippines in 2008 category F-2B . My wife became a U.S. citizen in 2012 .. Does becoming a U.S. citizen change her son's priority status to first priority ? PLEASE HELP …. we've waited 11 years already …
