Topic: US embassy

Hi everyone, I sent some required documents some days ago which was asking after almost 5 years since my parents applied for children. Now my question is the US embassy working these days? I heard they aren't giving appointment to anyone until December. Is anybody there to help me? Thanks in advanced.
