Topic: Family Sponsor for my brother - NVC Approval

I had applied for my brother, spouse and 1 kind in 2006. I just got NVC email to pay the sponsor and family fees. I’ll appreciate if someone can question. - Need to add niece who was born in 2006 (after I had filed). - My nephew who was born in 2001 is 24 now. Is he eligible for his GC? Should I pay his fees or just don’t bother with it. - Same thing with my niece, I can add her but she is above 18 now. - What’s the time frame from CVC to interview in Bombay. Thanks Ratan
