Topic: My wife (F1) in US and I-130 approved - recieved letter from NVC to go to embassy?Why?

Hello, I'm new here. My case is like yours. I'm permanent resident and wife is in F1 student visa. I-130 approved and got a welcome letter from NVC. What should I do next based on your experience? Should I apply for AOS i485 to adjust her status? Thank you.
