What happened if you are the primary I-485 candidate in a pending status and going through divorce. What happened to the dependent spouse? Are you obligated to continue to remain in the marriage and sponsor the spouse visa? How you can notify USCIS that you are going through divorce and no longer have any dependents as you would like to sponsor for your future spouse. Is there a way to Notify USCIS?
