Our priority date is 13 Jan 2005 and now it's current but they said case is pending for data entry and then they will start consular processing so it seems , another few days or a month.....It could be due to US GOVERNMENT shutdown ... Jayshil - I think you should check with them as I believe petition should approve long back and then you need to wait for Visa availability date and then NVC processing ....Here I am following Abbas for NVC processing and waiting on Welcome letter .....Please check with USCIS.
